Our EMEA - Netherlands crew is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work with the Global Solutions Crew to ensure the company meets global targets and standards. You will be joining a fast-paced team that solves new problems every week, all while leveraging the incredible power of the ServiceNow Platform. What you'll do:The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for capturing customers’ business processes and desired outcomes. The Senior Business Analyst will manage customer outcomes on complex level projects.Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Conduct workshops and lead multiple implementations from a customer strategy standpointDefine customer needs, determine strategies, develop plans/proposals and make recommendations around customer’s internal processes and functions for improved efficiency and effectivenessOwn business requirements and agreement of priorities with clients/end usersConduct impact analysis on existing business processes and functionProduce functional specifications, wireframes, and mock-ups for delivery teamsPartner with technical team to conduct demos and show & tells with client end usersContribute to writing test scripts including acceptance criteriaFacilitate testing/UAT and obtain agreement on priorities with client / end usersMay perform additional duties as assigned Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Strong knowledge of business process architecture for cloud-based platformsStrong written and verbal communication skills in the Dutch languageAbility to assess and mitigate riskStrong leadership capabilitiesEffective facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills with ability to motivate a teamStrong problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex situationsStrong relationship management skills with all levelsAbility to deliver a high degree of customer satisfactionComfortable working in a matrixed organizationComfortable working with ambiguity and changeBachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or Computer Science5-10 years of related business experienceExperience participating in ServiceNow implementationsPreferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS),ITIL FoundationsWe Take Care of Our PeopleNewRocket is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
