This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex information into clear, actionable insights and using data to create impactful presentations, dashboards, and communications that influence decision-making across the organization.The ideal candidate is a curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by solving problems, building relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives through analytics and communication. This role offers strong visibility across leadership and meaningful opportunities for growth and development.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop compelling presentations, executive communications, and data visualizations that translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersBuild, maintain, and analyze dashboards and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and operational effectivenessAnalyze trends, metrics, and program data to identify insights, opportunities, and areas for improvementPartner cross-functionally to support organizational initiatives through effective communication, reporting, and project coordinationDesign and deliver engaging training materials, educational content, and presentations to support awareness and adoption of key initiativesCreate polished slide decks, briefing materials, and reports for senior leadership meetings and presentationsSupport project management activities including tracking deliverables, timelines, action items, and follow-up activitiesConduct research and synthesize findings into concise, audience-appropriate summaries and recommendationsLeverage AI and emerging technologies to improve reporting, communication effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and scalabilityDevelop creative communication strategies and materials that drive engagement and reinforce organizational priorities and cultureMaintain organized documentation, reporting, and program records with a high level of accuracy and professionalismFoster a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented team environmentAbout youMinimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 1 year and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) required or must obtain within one year of hireWays to stand outExceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsStrong ability to synthesize data and complex information into executive-ready insights and materialsExperience creating dashboards, reports, presentations, and visual storytelling materialsAdvanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Tableau and Salesforce experience preferredStrong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience supporting cross-functional projects, initiatives, or operational programs Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or emerging technologies to improve workflows and communication effectivenessExperience with project management methodologies preferredAbility to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and leadership levelsWork Environment / Other RequirementsMay require occasional travel for meetings, training, or team events (up to 10%)While primarily remote, this role may occasionally require in-office presenceAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environmentRole may include occasional extended working hoursMust maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all timesLocation:Remote - USActual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.Estimated Pay Range$74,000.00 - $93,000.00As a part of our core values, we ensure an inclusive workforce.
