DescriptionOverview:Snapscale is seeking a dedicated US Dental Medical Biller who can work remotely to provide full-time, exclusive support to two dental practices. This role is fully integrated into the client’s internal team, offering professional, concierge-style service to patients while handling appointment scheduling, patient intake, and dental insurance verification. The ideal candidate operates with professionalism, adheres to HIPAA compliance, and communicates as a seamless part of the client’s team.Key Responsibilities:Phone Coverage & Patient Service: Answer all incoming calls via the client’s VoIP system, greet patients professionally, and route calls or document follow-ups. Provide consistent coverage during business hours while maintaining a local, concierge-style presence.Appointment Scheduling: Schedule new and existing patient appointments using the Eaglesoft practice management system, coordinating closely with in-office team members to maintain calendar accuracy.Patient Intake Support: Manage digital intake forms, ensuring new patients submit required information such as medical history and past dental visits. Update records accurately in Eaglesoft.Insurance Verification: Verify dental insurance for incoming patients, completing full or partial verifications according to practice guidelines. Document and track verifications, ensuring completion before appointments.Team Integration & Reporting: Communicate regularly with in-office staff to ensure alignment on patient scheduling, intake, and insurance verification.
