**Job Overview**
ATSseminar delivers continuing education for architects, designers, and LEED professionals. We’re looking for a creative, technically\-skilled professional to produce and host our online events, grow our digital\-media presence, and enhance our on\-demand course offerings.
This is a hands\-on role with live\-event production and moderating as the primary responsibility. You’ll work closely with our small team and report directly to an ATS Principal.
**What you’ll do:**
* Produce and moderate live webinars and multi\-session seminars using Ecamm Live and Zoom Webinar.
* Welcome webinar attendees, introduce presenters, manage chat and Q\&A, and guide participants through continuing\-education requirements.
* Manage scenes, graphics, countdowns, transitions, presenter videos, and shared presentations.
* Conduct presenter tech checks and troubleshoot audio, video, and connection issues.
* Prepare moderator slides, presenter links, polls, and course handouts.
* Host one podcast per month featuring manufacturers and industry experts, including preparing discussion topics and questions, coordinating with guests, and managing recording and production.
* Record and edit on\-demand courses, presenter recordings, and short promotional clips.
* Collaborate with our marketing team to create weekly videos and content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
* Keep website video content current and event assets organized.
**What you bring:**
* Strong proficiency in **Ecamm Live with Zoom integration**, and experience running **Zoom webinars**.
* Confidence on camera and a warm, professional hosting style.
* Video\-editing skills and a creative approach to digital content.
* Familiarity with Keynote and PowerPoint.
* Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot issues calmly during live events.
* The ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team.
* A bachelor’s degree.
* Experience in the architecture industry a plus.
**Schedule and compensation:**
* This part\-time position includes a fixed annual salary with payroll every two weeks. The salary will be based on Ecamm experience.
* An anticipated average workload of approximately **20 hours per week**, with more hours during busy event weeks and fewer hours during quieter weeks.
* Availability required for scheduled events, podcasts, tech checks, and team meetings. Other work can be arranged flexibly around agreed deadlines.
* ATS keeps most of July free of live seminars, providing a quieter period for editing, preparation, and creative projects while regular salary continues.
* Any additional equipment needed to support this role will be provided.
**Paid time off:**
* Two weeks of paid vacation, equivalent to 40 hours annually, requested in advance and coordinated with the seminar schedule.
* 13 paid ATS holidays.
