This is a remote position.AV SERVICES INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVELocation: RemoteCompensation: $65,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Uncapped CommissionAbout the OpportunityAre you an experienced AV sales professional with a passion for building clientrelationships and growing recurring service revenue?We are seeking a highly motivated AV Services Inside Sales Representative to drive new business and expand service contract opportunities across an established client base. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultative sales professional who understands AV technologies, service agreements, and customer success.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business DevelopmentGenerate new business opportunities for AV service contracts, maintenanceagreements, and managed services.Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and other businessdevelopment activities.Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales opportunities.Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of recurring services revenueopportunities.Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.Customer Engagement:Present AV service offerings and value propositions to prospective clients.Demonstrate how service programs improve system reliability, performance, anduser experience.Utilize customer success stories and real-world use cases to support the salesprocess.Guide customers through the buying process using a consultative salesapproach.Sales Operations and Collaboration:Collaborate with technical, service delivery, and account management teams.Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales activities.Support contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.QualificationsRequired:5+ years of successful B2B inside sales experience.Proven experience selling AV service contracts, maintenance agreements,managed services, or technology support solutions.Strong understanding of AV technologies, collaboration systems, unifiedcommunications, and related environments.Experience engaging IT managers, facilities teams, AV managers, and othertechnical decision-makers.Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Preferred:AV integration industry experience.Experience working for an AV integrator, technology services provider, ormanaged services organization.Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.Experience selling recurring revenue service programs.Compensation and Benefits:Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000Uncapped Commission OpportunityMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife and Disability Insurance401(k)Wellness ProgramsPaid HolidaysThree Weeks Paid Time OffPaid Parental LeaveCareer Growth OpportunitiesCollaborative Team EnvironmentRemote Work EnvironmentIf you have a proven track record selling AV services and enjoy developing long-termclient relationships, we'd love to hear from you.Work Location: Remote
