This role is responsible for delivering high-quality production support within HubSpot and Drupal, serving internal stakeholders and ensuring that digital assets are built, executed, and maintained with accuracy and efficiency.This position is ideal for a hands-on digital marketer who excels at execution—someone who enjoys building emails, workflows, forms, landing pages, and website content updates. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Lead Marketing, supporting the broader digital ecosystem and contributing to seamless, high-performing marketing operations.Key Responsibilities:Production & Marketing Automation ExecutionBuild and execute digital assets within HubSpot, including:Emails and email templatesWorkflows and automationsForms and progressive fieldsNurture streamsLanding pages and thank-you pagesImplement production tasks following defined processes, requirements, and quality standardsAssist in scheduling, testing, and deploying email campaignsConduct quality assurance checks across all assets (links, rendering, formatting, tagging, naming conventions)Maintain consistency and accuracy across HubSpot campaigns, assets, and foldersSupport list creation, segmentation, and basic performance monitoringWebsite Content Production (Drupal)Update, edit, and publish front-end web content in DrupalMaintain page accuracy, formatting, and metadata according to brand and UX guidelinesUpload images, files, and assets using established templates and content guidelinesPerform content quality checks prior to publishing to ensure consistency and complianceSupport recurring updates, campaign landing page refreshes, and content maintenance needsCross-Functional Support & CollaborationSupport internal marketing team requests for HubSpot and Drupal executionPartner with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to implement best practices and improve execution workflowsCollaborate with segment marketing teams and content owners to obtain requirements and clarify production needsCommunicate project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholdersAssist with light copy editing and formatting when needed to ensure clean and clear content deliveryJob Requirements: Experience:4 + years of digital marketing production experience (marketing automation, website updates, or campaign execution)Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Drupal preferred.Experience working in a structured production or agency environment a plus.HubSpot and/or Drupal certificationEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media preferred.Specific Skills & Knowledge Required: Proficiency in HubSpot, Drupal, and MS Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plusBasic understanding of HTML/CSS is helpful but not requiredStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests with tight deadlinesExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to follow established processes while also identifying opportunities to improve themPlease note that by submitting an employment application you consent to World Fuel Services processing your information for this role and potentially for future employment opportunities, in accordance with applicable laws.
