**Talent \& Partnerships Manager** Music Evolved Records — The Ebonized Chill Experience Remote \| Multi\-City U.S. Markets 1099 Independent Contractor \| Commission \+ Performance\-Based Income **Overview** Music Evolved Records is seeking a Talent \& Partnerships Manager to generate revenue through paid participant placements and strategic industry partnerships for The Ebonized Chill Experience. This role focuses on securing paid participation opportunities ranging from $500 to $5,000\+ per individual or company. **Revenue opportunities include:** * Speaker placements * Artist and performer placements * Tech pitch competition placements * Startup showcase opportunities * Record label participation * Artist management company participation * Industry service provider partnerships * Affiliate and co\-marketing partnerships This is a relationship\-driven revenue role designed for professionals who already have an established network within the music, entertainment, business, startup, or technology ecosystem. **IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT** Applicants must already have an active network of industry contacts. Qualified candidates should have existing relationships with one or more of the following: * Speakers and thought leaders * Recording artists and performers * Startup founders * Technology companies * Record labels * Artist management companies * Talent agencies * Marketing and PR firms * Entrepreneurs and business owners This is not an entry\-level role and is not intended for someone building a network from scratch. Candidates should be able to begin generating partnership conversations immediately. **Responsibilities** * Recruit paid speakers, artists, startups, and industry participants * Secure placement fees ranging from $500–$5,000\+ per participant * Build relationships with record labels and management companies * Develop partnerships with startups, technology companies, and industry organizations * Secure affiliate and co\-marketing partnerships * Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking * Present participation opportunities and close agreements * Maintain CRM activity and pipeline reporting * Support onboarding and fulfillment coordination **Core KPIs** * 100–150 outbound touches per week * 10 strategic conversations per week * 5 placement proposals per week * $5,000–$15,000 monthly revenue target **Compensation Structure** Recoverable Draw * $2,000/month recoverable draw * Activated after $5,000 in closed revenue * Draw is recoverable against earned commissions Commission * 10% commission on all closed placement and partnership revenue * 12\.5% commission at $15,000/month closed revenue * 15% commission at $30,000\+/month closed revenue **Performance Bonuses** Monthly Revenue Bonuses * $10,000/month closed \= $500 bonus * $20,000/month closed \= $1,250 bonus * $35,000\+/month closed \= $2,500 bonus \+ access to premium partnership opportunities **Placement Bonus** * $150 bonus for every
