About Your Role:
Sendoso is looking for an Account Manager to expand and retain our customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunter mentality who can take the initiative to prospect into their accounts and drive revenue growth. As part of the Customer Experience organization, you will focus on maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive long-term success and customer retention.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in account management or sales, with a proven track record of retaining and expanding customer accounts. You will be responsible for executing strategic account plans, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, and ensuring that our customers continue to see value in our platform.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and expansion opportunitiesTake initiative to prospect into assigned accounts and develop your own strategy for your book of businessAct as a trusted advisor, understanding customer business needs and aligning them with Sendoso’s solutionsWork cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure customer successManage and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targetsProactively analyze customer usage data and identify trends to optimize engagementNegotiate and close contract renewals and upsell opportunitiesStay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developmentsYour Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in a closing role as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar sales position, ideally in SaaSExperience in net new sales roll (AE) is a plusExperience with mid-market to enterprise customers where you’ve demonstrated opportunity creation as well managing and negotiating contractsStrong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growthAccurately forecast and manage pipelines on a monthly and quarterly basisHighly self-motivated with a proactive and strategic mindsetExperience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platformsDoes their best work in a rapidly evolving environmentBonus Points:
You have in-depth knowledge of Account-Based Marketing and the MarTech spaceFamiliar with Catalyst and other Customer Success PlatformsExperience leveraging a sales methodology (eg: SPICED, MEDDIC, BANT, etc)You have used a gifting software like Sendoso in the pastWhat We Believe:
