Role: Release ManagerDaily Rate: £650IR35 Status: In scopeDuration: 6 monthsLocation: Remote/Home-basedClearance Requirement: Candidates must hold Security Check (SC) clearance, or be eligible to apply for SC. Commencement of engagement is contingent on successful clearance.Specific Requirements:Prior release management experience is essential.Out-of-hours (OOH) working may be required.Role Responsibilities:Develop and obtain approval for the release strategy for the end-state Programme.Ensure release strategy and processes are aligned across all workstreams where possible.Implement necessary process changes to transition to the end-state release strategy in support of the delivery roadmap.Essential Experience:Demonstrable expertise in effective release management for multi-tier technology estates.Minimum of 3 years of prior release management experience.Proficiency in source control, code management, branching, and build pipelines.Track record in creating, managing, and publishing release roadmaps.Experience in implementing automated release management capabilities.Previous involvement in managing multiple test environments and related release schedules.Originally posted on Himalayas
