Part-Time Bookkeeper (Remote – U.S. Based)

You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting day\-to\-day bookkeeping operations for our small business clients. This role starts part\-time with the **option to grow into a full\-time position** based on your availability and performance. **Responsibilities** * Record and categorize financial transactions * Reconcile bank and credit card accounts * Process accounts payable and receivable * Assist with month\-end close and basic financial reports * Maintain up\-to\-date and organized records in QuickBooks Online * Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members **Qualifications** * 2\+ years of bookkeeping experience with small businesses * Proficient in **QuickBooks Online** * High attention to detail and accuracy * Strong time management and organizational skills * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Requirements** * Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Must reside in the U.S. * Must have reliable internet and a quiet home office setup * Previous experience working remotely is a plus Job Type: Part\-time Pay: $25\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour Benefits: * Work from home Experience: * QuickBooks Online: 2 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
