The platform integrates with major AI providers and enables scalable, production-ready AI solutions for professional users.The team is divided into core development and product integration streams.What You’ll Do Design and implement full-stack applications, AI agents, and platform components that enable rapid GenAI agent development, validation, and deploymentBuild developer tooling, CI/CD, and observability for safe, fast iteration (evals, canaries, rollout/rollback, cost and quality telemetry)Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices (threat modeling, least privilege)Collaborate with product, UX, and domain experts to deliver customer-focused solutions with measurable outcomesApply current LLM patterns (RAG, retrieval, routing, tool-use, evals) to deliver measurable customer value — faster, more reliable AI systems; reduced time-to-decision; improved trust/safety metrics; and lower cost per queryLead by example and be heavily hands-on: drive architecture, mentor engineers, and take ownership of larger projectsWhat You Bring 8+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong full-stack development skills and cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Expert in at least one, and proficient across the others:AI agent development and evaluationBackend developmentFrontend developmentCloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)CI/CD and Infrastructure as CodeSite Reliability Engineering (SRE)Quality engineering / testing strategySecure SDLC and privacy by designProven track record delivering secure, reliable, cloud-native systems to productionExcellent problem-solving, ownership, and cross-functional communicationUS Central Time overlap (9–11 AM CDT).Nice to have Proven ability to deliver software products independently or as part of a small, fast-paced teamExperience taking AI agents from concept to production, including safety evaluations, iterative testing (e.g., A/B testing), and continuous improvementExperience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP; vector/RAG systems; OpenSearchExperience with traditional ML tasks such as training, deployment, and monitoringUnderstanding of how LLMs work, their failure modes, and techniques such as fine-tuning and model adaptationFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.English level Upper-IntermediateLegal & Hiring Information Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and moreReasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functionsPlease note: this job description is not exhaustive.
