Data Analyst (Tableau & Power BI)

Position Title: Data Analyst Work Arrangements: Remote Work Schedule: Night Shift PH time (to support global stakeholders) Reports To: Senior Technical Program ManagerWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our Product Delivery and PMO organization. This role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights through compelling dashboards, reporting, and data visualization.You will work closely with senior leadership, including the Senior Technical Program Manager and Senior Director of Product Delivery (PMO), to provide visibility into delivery performance, operational metrics, and strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and enjoys influencing decision-making through insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI.Analyze data from Jira and Atlassian tools to generate insights on product delivery, team performance, and operational efficiency.Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Partner with PMO and Product Delivery leadership to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.Develop automated and scalable reporting solutions to improve data accessibility and accuracy.Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across dashboards and reports.Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from leadership.Experience RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.Experience working with Jira and the Atlassian ecosystem.Strong background in analyzing operational or product delivery data.Experience collaborating with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI.Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Ability to communicate insights clearly through data storytelling and visualization.Nice-to-Have:Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.Experience with Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput).Experience working in PMO, Product, or Agile delivery environmentsExperience working with distributed or global teams.AbilitiesStrong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English).Ability to present insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Application ProcessIf you are passionate about turning data into meaningful insights and driving business decisions, we encourage you to apply.
