Job Description
**Title: IT Technical Recruiter**
**Location:** Jacksonville, FL (on\-site, no remote)
**Type:** Direct HIRE
**Salary:** Annual Salary \+ Commission \+ Full Benefits
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Strong proven experience throughout the entire Recruiting Lifecycle including Sourcing, Screening, Qualifying, Implementing Technical Assessments, Submitting, Interview Coordination / Planning, Negotiating, and Closing candidates for I.T. requirements.
* Effectively utilize current candidate network, internal candidate database, job boards, social media, and job postings to Source and Recruit Top I.T. Talent for Contract, Contract to Hire and Perm opportunities within an IT environment.
* This is a very fast\-paced, full lifecycle recruiting role, continually striving for quality, while managing a high volume of candidates.
**Key Requirements:**
* **5\+ years of Technical/IT Recruiting experience** with experience recruiting in the contract staffing industry for IT skilled talent (Cloud, Big Data, .Net, Web, UI/UX, ERP, CRM, J2EE, Oracle Applications, Enterprise Data Warehouse, Database, Application Servers, Reporting, ERP/CRM, Quality Assurance, Security, Identity / Access Management, etc.) for various jobs/titles (Architects, QA/Testers, Designers, Developers, Techno/Functional, DBA's, PM's, BA's, Technical Writers/Instructional Designers, Analysts, ETL, DA's, Data Modelers, Report Developers, Project Coordinators, Technical Leads, Help Desk, Systems Admins).
* **Strong ability to Review** **and understand I.T. Requirements** to identify highly qualified candidates and explain job descriptions/responsibilities.
* Requires Excellent Communication \& Interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle.
* Experience and ability to work in a very fast\-paced environment.
* Excellent Time Management skills with the ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Must be highly Focused and Self Driven to achieve set Goals and Expectations.
* Strong attention to detail with Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, MS Teams, Excel, Word.
* Strong experience utilizing Top Job Boards including Monster, DICE, CareerBuilder \& LinkedIn to Search and Source Candidates.
* Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems / Candidate Databases.
