Our integrated communications services are purpose\-built for ambitiously disruptive organisations that positively change the world through groundbreaking ideas, technology or both. **The Role** We're looking for a Finance Manager to run finance operations across our Philippines, Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong businesses, with full ownership of the Philippines entity and payroll and reporting oversight everywhere else. In the Philippines, you'll own everything: statutory compliance, payroll, monthly reporting and the commercial picture of the business. Across our other markets, we work with local accounting firms and bookkeepers who handle statutory compliance and filing, and you'll own payroll (where applicable) and make sure reporting from each market is accurate, consistent and rolled up properly at group level. You'll manage our PH Finance Executive, who handles day\-to\-day bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable. You'll also manage our external accounting and bookkeeping partners in each market, and report at group level alongside Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong, giving leadership one clear, comparable view of the business.
