This is a remote position.Virtual Rockstar is seeking a compassionate and organizedPatient Liaison to join our client’s dedicated physical therapy team in New Hampshire. This remote role is essential for enhancing patient experience, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining the efficiency of our practice.Our client’s practice strives to be your family's physical therapist. Their mission is to provide cutting-edge, evidence-based services that help their patients feel their best. They specialize in joint manipulations, dry needling, diagnostic ultrasound, and cold laser treatments, all delivered through personalized 1:1 care with 40-minute individualized treatment sessions. They value work-life balance, ongoing education, and a supportive environment for both their patients and their team.If you are dedicated to enhancing patient experiences and want to contribute to a team that values health and well-being, we would love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Confirm patient appointments and manage the appointment calendarFollow up with patients post-session and send personalized exercise and treatment plansRespond to frequently asked questions and handle appointment reschedulingManage referrals from other healthcare providers and coordinate with medical staffSend appointment reminders and maintain a waitlist for appointmentsGenerate and send invoices while maintaining electronic medical recordsAnswer calls and assist patients virtually, providing clear information and supportPrepare documents and manage email correspondencePerform data entry and generate basic reportsGreet patients and provide directions within the facility as needed (if applicable)Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
RequirementsPrevious experience in a healthcare or patient support role is preferredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with Nextiva phones, Prompt EMR, WelcomeWare (or similar virtual kiosks), and Google Chat is a plusAbility to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote settingCompassionate and patient-centered approach to communication
