This is a remote position.Customer Service RepresentativeJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: Monday to Friday | 8 hours a day | between 2pm-3am SASTWork Location: RemoteAt Remote Insurance Team, we recognize that a solid foundation is essential for success. We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative or office manager to join our dynamic team assisting Insurance Agencies in their Customer Service Department. The Virtual Assistant acting as a CSR or Office manager will be responsible for confirming data, cross-referencing, verifications and email correspondence, as well as delivering exceptional personalized customer service via phone and email. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication, organizational, and prioritisation skills, along with a meticulous attention to detail. He/she should be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and performing well under pressure. The ability to work effectively and professionally in a team environment is crucial. A strong willingness to learn new processes and software systems, coupled with above-average computer literacy, is essential for this position.NO PRIOR INSURANCE KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED. RequirementsDuties & Responsibilities:Assist and support an Insurance Agency in their Customer Service Department via email and phoneConfirming data and cross-referencing in order to ensure that crucially important data is accurateVerification of informationPre-and post sale administration of personal and commercial insurance policiesAccurately document and process customer information into various software systemsLearn and follow all required scripts, policies and proceduresComply with requirements surrounding confidential and personal informationObtain and capture information accurately, followed by submitting information to the necessary recipientsGeneral administrative dutiesRequirementsAnswer and manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.Assist customers with inquiries, issue resolution, and order processing.Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and follow-ups.Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service.Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain service quality standards.Required Skills and Qualifications:Must be well spoken and fluent in English with the ability to liaise with international clientsExtreme attention to detail and accuracyExcellent computer skills in order to navigate a variety of software systemsExcellent data entry and typing skillsCustomer service oriented (positive, helpful, patient, responsive and empathic)Ability to multi-taskMust have a Fiber line (50mbps preferable)Must be willing to work US hoursMust have loadshedding provisionsMust have a laptop/computer (not customized) Windows 11 operating system BenefitsBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for career growth and development.Training will be provided by a licensed agent.Support will be provided by a dedicated VA Support specialist.
