Part\-Time Remote Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online \& Property Management) **Company:** Candella Real Estate LLC **Position Type:** Independent Contractor (1099\) **Location:** Remote **Compensation:** $40–$55 per hour, depending on experience About the Role Candella Real Estate LLC is a small real estate brokerage and property management company seeking an experienced remote bookkeeper to assist with QuickBooks Online bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping. The engagement will begin with an accounting review and chart of accounts cleanup project. Ongoing work is expected to average approximately **4–8 hours per month**. Responsibilities * Review and organize QuickBooks Online accounts and records. * Refine chart of accounts and bookkeeping procedures. * Enter vendor bills and accounts payable transactions. * Record owner contributions, distributions, and other accounting entries. * Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly. * Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. * Assist with year\-end reporting and CPA requests. * Review DoorLoop property management accounting processes. Qualifications **Required** * QuickBooks Online experience. * Prior bookkeeping experience for small businesses. * Experience performing bank reconciliations. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. **Preferred** * Real estate or property management bookkeeping experience. * Familiarity with DoorLoop or similar property management software. * Experience supporting outside accountants and tax preparers.
