Keys to Literacy brings deep expertise and a sustained commitment to advancing effective, research\-aligned literacy instruction. **Employment Type:** * Full\-Time * Exempt * Salaried **Location:** Remote, available from anywhere within the U.S. **The Opportunity** At Keys to Literacy, a division of K12 Coalition, the Relationship Management Specialist serves as an important connection point between KTL consultants, relationship managers, office staff, and senior leadership. This role supports the coordination of administrative processes, client\-related activities, and communication across teams to help ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. The Relationship Management Specialist reports to the Assistant Director, Relationship Management. **What You’ll Do** Administrative \& Liaison Support * Provide administrative support to office staff, relationship managers, and senior leadership Contract \& Client Management * Manage and monitor contract records in Salesforce, including tracking remaining days, public sessions, and other key milestones * Ensure client\-related tasks and deliverables are completed accurately and within established timelines Conference \& Event Support * Coordinate conference\-related logistics, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and sponsorship activities * Manage lead tracking, follow\-up communications, and outreach related to potential partnership opportunities * Support the team with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to help meet evolving
