Review title reports for clearance and to assure all items are accounted for marketable title. Resolve rejected curative issues. Address inquiries from client, senior lien holders, claims departments, underwriting counsel, foreclosure attorneys and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner.WHO YOU AREYou possess …Working knowledge of foreclosure proceedings with ability to read and understand foreclosure reports. Practical work experience within real estate industry. A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards. The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ResponsibilitiesReview daily reports to ensure completion of assigned duties. Review title reports for clearance and to assure all items are accounted for marketable title. Address inquiries from client, senior lien holders, claims departments, underwriting counsel, foreclosure attorneys and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner.Maintain open communication with management and client. Obtain releases and LOI’s for clients under agreed service level agreements. Resolve rejected curative issues. Attend and participate in team meetings. .
