\#\# Experienced Remote Bookkeeper – QuickBooks \& Payroll We are currently seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail\-oriented \*\*Bookkeeper\*\* to join our team. This is a \*\*fully remote position\*\* for someone who is comfortable working independently and maintaining accurate financial records. \#\#\# Responsibilities \- Record and categorize daily financial transactions \- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable \- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations \- Process and maintain payroll records \- Track invoices, payments, expenses, and income \- Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks \- Prepare monthly financial reports \- Assist with month\-end and year\-end bookkeeping \- Review accounts and resolve discrepancies \- Maintain organized and confidential financial documentation \#\#\# Qualifications \- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience \- Proficiency with \*\*QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop\*\* \- Experience with payroll processing \- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable \- Experience performing bank and credit card reconciliations \- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets \- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills \- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Pay: $27\.74 \- $33\.41 per hour Work Location: In person
