Come join a team where your expertise is valued, your voice is heard and your impact is lasting. **Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):** * Provide individual and group therapy sessions within the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), for patients with substance use disorders, both in\-person and via telehealth, embodying the Steadfast patient\-first ethos. * Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment and discharge plans that align with IOP level\-of\-care requirements and evidence\-based best practices. * Utilize evidence\-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support patient recovery. * Collaborate with all clinic\-level team members to formulate and execute patient care plans, including Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, and Peer Recovery Specialists, ensuring integrated treatment approaches. * Support patients in crisis intervention situations and coordinate higher levels of care when necessary. * Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines. * Pioneer innovative ways of improving access and overall care for disadvantaged, marginalized populations. * Champion the company's mission by modeling compassion and fostering trust and strong relationships with patients and commun
