The Technology Implementation Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.Humana is looking for an experienced leader for the Pharmacy Clinical Integration and Implementation team. The selected candidate will be responsible for opportunity evaluation, planning oversight, coordinating execution of new vendor contracts related to PBM HIT initiatives.You will work and collaborate with leaders across the Humana enterprise, HPS executive leaders and have extensive engagement representing Humana with external partners. You will also advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.This individual will leverage their deep Health Information Technology (HIT) background to bring technology innovations for Humana's PBM to life. They will use their strong collaboration to drive technology and process improvements, which will improve member health and well-being.
