If you’re ready to dig into complex financial systems, drive tangible process improvements, and make an impact that scales, come join us! **What You’ll Do:** * Prepare complex reconciliations and variance analysis for Finance Operations Month End Close * Investigate unusual variances and provide clear explanations to Finance Operations stakeholders * Support ad\-hoc analytical requests both from finance and stakeholder teams * Support large\-scale roadmaps across Finance Operations * Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business, communicate variances over time, and partner with senior leaders to drive improvements * Automate dashboards and monthly reporting materials (including historicals \& forecast) for leadership meetings through Looker Studio and Looker * Learn and develop in a hands on environment where you will be owning / supporting projects and receive frequent feedback and coaching **What You’ll Need:** **Basic Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or Analytics, with the expectation that degree will be obtained between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 * Minimum GPA of 3\.0 * Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the Co\-op * Ability to commit to working 40 hours/week (9am\-5pm, Monday\-Friday) from January 4 to June 18, 2027 in our Boston office * Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future.
