**General Purpose of the Job**
We are seeking an Analyst, Analytics (IT) to support and maintain our existing data, reporting, and analytics ecosystem. This role is ideal for a data\-savvy professional with strong SQL and Tableau skills who enjoys investigating data anomalies, triaging production issues, and ensuring the reliability of our reporting platforms. This reporting specialist will be responsible for providing frontline support to business stakeholders, diagnosing and resolving data pipeline and dashboard issues, and optimizing existing reporting capabilities at DaVita.
**Essential Duties \& Responsibilities**

* **Production Support \& Triage:** Act as the primary point of contact for reporting and data\-related production issues. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to SQL queries, ETL processes, and Tableau dashboards.
* **Data Analysis \& Investigation:** Analyze data to identify anomalies, root causes of reporting errors, and patterns in data quality issues, providing actionable resolutions to stakeholders.
* **Report Maintenance \& Optimization:** Maintain and enhance existing customized reports and interactive dashboards. Optimize report performance and SQL query efficiency to minimize processing time and resource utilization.
* **Incident Escalation:** Evaluate incoming support tickets (e.g., via ServiceNow), perform needed research, resolve issues where possible, and properly route complex bugs to IT Development or Data Engineering teams.
* **Quality Assurance:** Perform routine quality assurance checks on reports and data feeds to ensure ongoing accuracy, consistency, and compliance with department standards.
* **User Training \& Support:** Provide hands\-on training and ongoing support to users on accessing, troubleshooting, and interpreting existing reports effectively.
* **Documentation:** Maintain and update documentation for existing report specifications, data dictionaries, design logic, and support processes for future reference and audit purposes.
* **Continuous Improvement:** Propose and implement enhancements to improve the reliability, monitoring, and uptime of existing reporting processes.
**Minimum Qualifications**
