You can learn more about our Company, Culture and Values here: https://careers.evercommerce.com/us/enThe Revenue Programs & Sales Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across the revenue organization through process optimization, analytics, forecasting discipline, systems management, and cross-functional program execution. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve revenue performance, reduce revenue leakage, increase visibility, and create scalable operational processes.The ideal candidate has experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS or technology-driven environment, with strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills. Experience with Salesforce CRM, forecasting methodologies, reporting, and operational process improvement is strongly preferred.Responsibilities: Manage and optimize revenue-impacting workflows across the organizationImprove forecasting accuracy and strengthen pipeline management rigorDrive operational efficiency across the quote-to-cash lifecycleOversee CRM administration and sales process management within SalesforceLead strategic operational initiatives aligned with company growth objectivesDevelop executive-level reporting and KPI dashboards to support business decisionsEstablish and maintain process governance and operational best practicesAnalyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunitiesIdentify and implement automation, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiativesSkills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related fieldStrong experience managing CRM systems, preferably SalesforceProven experience supporting quote-to-cash processes, pipeline management, and forecasting operationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience building executive reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking frameworksDemonstrated ability to identify process gaps and implement operational improvements and automation solutionsStrong understanding of sales processes, revenue workflows, and operational best practicesExperience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teamsExcellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organizationExperience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms is preferredFamiliarity with revenue forecasting methodologies and pipeline analytics preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or a related field preferredWhere:The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams across multiple regions. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.
