**About the Role**

We're hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to redefine whole\-person care in a virtual role. As a foundational member of our team, you won't just provide primary care and women's health services—you'll actively **reimagine and evolve** the care model at Tia to better serve women.

**What You'll Do**

* **Clinical Care:** Provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services in a virtual setting.
* **Quality \& Advocacy:** Deliver high\-quality, patient\-centered care across a diverse range of clinical needs.

* **Clinical Innovation:** Contribute to the development of care models, clinical protocols, and innovative practice standards.

**What You'll Bring**

### **Requirements:**
* **Credentials:** NP or PA; **National Board Certification** (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active **CA License** and DEA.
* **Clinical Expertise:** 2\+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on **Women's Health** (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), **Mental Health**, and inclusive, patient\-centered care.
* **Operational Mindset:** Data\-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.
### **Training \& Development**
*Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training:*
* **Specialized Women's Health:** Menopause management and sexual health.
* **Expanded Primary Care:** Medical dermatology and weight management
