Excellence is your target for all areas of responsibility and a focus on continuous improvement will be the primary tool that drives your success. You should have the ability to adjust and communicate effectively to direct reports, peers, stakeholders and executives from diverse backgrounds. Partnering with the Architects, Product Team and stakeholders you will deliver high quality, scalable solutions on time and within budget. You will have a meaningful ability to affect change in the organization and drive innovation.Qualified Candidates Need:6+ years senior level developer experience with application development preferably with a focus on SaaS and SaaS-like products including database experience relative to those applications..NET, C#, Angular (Recent emphasis on .NET Core and Angular), MySQLExperience with HTTP, JSON, Rest, XMLExperience with Agentic AI, ML/LLM technologiesExperience with object-oriented design and programmingExperience with multiple design patterns and can articulate the pros/cons of each relative to solution.Experience with GitExperience with multiple O/Ss: Linux, and Windows4+ years experience managing, coaching and providing guidance to developers and engineersExperience working with Agile and DevOps practices such as test driven, incremental releases, continuous integration, and deployment pipeline automationExperience with Cloud migrations and working in a mixed on-prem / cloud environment (container orchestration, security, serverless)Ability to communicate complex technical information (both verbal and written) to all levels, including senior leadershipStrong interest in staying current with industry trends in technologyResponds promptly and effectively to resolve incidents, tasks, and projectsDemonstrated ability and motivation to teach othersAbility to gain trust of others and builds solid relationships across and vertically throughout the organizationEffectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentBA/BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field or equivalent work experienceKnowledge of automotive industry through direct or indirect work experience is preferred but not requireEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:This position will work from home; occasional planned travel may be required.Leads and mentors team members on essential agile and product mindset tenets including early learning, self-organized teams, cross functionality, customer obsession, outcome focused, incremental delivery and test driven.Participates in work planning processes to ensure the most important work is aligned to the appropriate team, that work is broken down enough that outcomes can be delivered incrementally.Owns responsibility for team estimates and on-time deliveryResponsible for the growth and scaling of the team by hiring only high quality team members.Leads and mentors cross functional team members on building world class products that deliver customer delight and business valueCollaborates with others to design solutions to meet requirements for initiatives involving multiple team applications as well as applications owned by other teams.Through mentoring and review, takes responsibility for adherence to code, documentation and testing standards.Is coachable with a focus on continuous improvement for the company, department, team and self.
