The scheduled work hours are 32 hours/week: **Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time** . Responsibilities include contacting patients before appointments, verifying registration and insurance information, preparing charts, completing virtual intake, assisting patients with check\-in and check\-out, managing the virtual waiting room, launching Zoom visits, handing patients off to the provider, and scheduling follow\-up appointments. The position does not involve hands\-on clinical duties such as phlebotomy or point\-of\-care testing, but a basic understanding of clinical workflows is helpful. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, patience with technology, and the ability to troubleshoot virtual visit issues.
