This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial health, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for SG&A departmentsAnalyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadershipPrepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsMonitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability to ensure financial stabilityDevelop and implement financial controls, policies, and proceduresPartner with department leaders to support strategic initiatives and cost managementIdentify financial risks and opportunities, recommending solutionsEnsure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policiesSupport audits and coordinate with external auditors as neededManage a team of two, overseeing their day-to-day work and providing coaching and professional developmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting rolesStrong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reportingProficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skillsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadershipHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred SkillsExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)Experience with CPM/EPM systems (e.g., Hyperion/EPM, OneStream) and reporting toolsProven ability to drive process improvements and automationExperience in P&L consolidation and executive reporting packagesWhy Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and advancementCollaborative and innovative work environmentSalary Range $105,000 - $120,000The compensation range in this posting reflects the Company’s good‑faith estimate at the time of publication. The applicable base pay range for any individual will be determined based on the candidate’s designated primary work location as well as factors including role scope and responsibilities, required qualifications, and the individual’s experience, education, skills, knowledge, and performance.
