**Overview** Are you looking to break into the tech industry? We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer\-focused **IT Help Desk Associate** to join our fully remote support team. In this role, you will receive hands\-on training to handle everyday company IT needs, with a specific focus on learning to manage and support our team on the **Salesforce** platform. If you are a patient problem\-solver, love helping people, and have explored Salesforce through self\-study (like Trailhead) or a recent training program, we will teach you the rest **Responsibilities** * **First\-Line Technical Support:** Respond to incoming help requests from remote employees regarding basic computer issues, password resets, and software access. * **Basic Salesforce Support:** Help team members log into Salesforce, reset multi\-factor authentication (MFA), and answer basic "how\-to" questions about finding data in the system. * **Account Setup:** Help create and update user accounts across Salesforce, email systems, and company chat applications under the guidance of senior team members. * **Ticket Documentation:** Open, update, and close support tickets, keeping clear and accurate notes on how you helped the user. * **Hardware Assistance:** Help guide new remote employees through setting up their company\-issued laptops and connecting to the internet **Requirements** * Proven experience in technical troubleshooting support within a help desk or IT support environment. * Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and experience working within Agile teams. * You know what Salesforce is and have basic experience navigating the platform (e.g., through a boot camp, school project, or completing free Salesforce Trailhead modules) * Hands\-on experience with software implementation processes from planning through deployment. * A completed technical certificate, associate degree, or recent tech bootcamp training * Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear guidance for users at all levels.
