Today, he leads JC Davis Power, a growing company that provides temporary off grid power, climate control, and lighting solutions for commercial and industrial construction projects.We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Personal & Executive Assistant who thrives working independently and can serve as a trusted right hand to a driven entrepreneur. While the primary focus of this role is supporting Jeff's personal life, you'll also provide executive support that helps keep both Jeff and the business running smoothly. It requires someone who is resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable managing a wide variety of responsibilities. You'll handle the logistics, coordination, and follow through that allow him to stay focused on high impact leadership, confidently delegating the countless details that keep everything running behind the scenes. This role requires someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and consistently delivers work that meets the high standard Jeff expects.Some of your responsibilities will include:Providing personal support, including coordinating food, dry cleaning, appointments, and similar needsManaging property care and administrative needs for two residential properties and a small office, including coordinating local help for tasks like mail pickup, deliveries, vendor coordination, and other local errandsManaging and prioritizing Jeff's email inboxManaging Jeff's calendar and protecting time for his highest priority workBooking and coordinating travel arrangementsHandling ad hoc purchasing, both personal and company related, including office supplies, furniture, and other itemsActing as a gatekeeper by filtering unnecessary meetings, tasks, and communicationsPreparing for and coordinating meetings, including weekly leadership calls and quarterly in person meetingsPreparing Jeff for company visits, meetings, and other key eventsMonitoring Slack for direction, updates, and items needing attentionTaking action on routine and non routine tasks and following through to completionMaintaining and updating an employee "look book" with photos and descriptionsCompleting general administrative tasks that help simplify Jeff's day and keep things movingIn addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:Highly detail oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow throughProactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and take initiative without being askedComfortable supporting both business priorities and personal or household needs, with the discretion that comes with handling sensitive personal mattersAble to work independently with minimal direction and manage priorities effectivelyExercises strong judgment and knows how to prioritize what truly mattersA clear and concise communicator who keeps updates high level unless more detail is neededComfortable with direct communication and providing honest, constructive feedbackThoughtful and objective, capable of handling sensitive communications with professionalism and discretionComfortable working with high level individuals and representing the company with confidenceA natural gatekeeper who knows what deserves attention and what doesn'tAble to manage competing demands and skilled at protecting executive timeValues quality results over simply staying busyFlexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure, able to shift priorities as the day demandsMust be tech savvy and quick to pick up new tools and softwareExperience supporting an individual or family directly, such as in a personal assistant, family office, or private household role, is a plus, though the traits above matter more than the title on a resumeExperience with the following tools is a plus!Google WorkspaceClickUpSalesforceSlackAI tools such as Claude or ChatGPTPosition DetailsThis is a W2 employee positionBenefits include: Medical (fully paid for employee and family), Dental/Vision (employee paid), PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, and 401(k) with 4% matchAdditional benefits include life insurance, company phone, company-provided tools, equipment, and technology, company credit card, and discretionary performance bonusThe position is 40 hours per weekFlexible eight hour workdays with availability between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm ETThe salary for this position is $80,000 annuallyTravel is requi
