This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate billing and data management, supporting our financial operations from a remote setting. Responsibilities * Enter and update billing information into company databases with precision and efficiency. * Verify billing data for accuracy and completeness before processing invoices. * Review billing statements and identify discrepancies or errors for correction. * Maintain electronic and physical records of billing transactions in compliance with company policies. * Communicate with internal departments and external clients to clarify billing issues as needed. * Generate reports related to billing activities and assist with month\-end closing processes. * Adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols at all times. Qualifications \& Skills * High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance, accounting, or data management is a plus. * Proven experience in data entry, billing, or administrative roles, preferably in a remote environment. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data management software. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently. * Familiarity with billing software or ERP systems is advantageous.
