Write detailed prompts and create grading rubrics for evaluating AI agents in finance. Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in finance to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and relevance in training data. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance. QualificationsMust-Have 5+ years in corporate finance, banking, investment, or audit. Native or fluent in Spanish. Degree from a top-20 university in Spain. Strong knowledge of Spanish financial practice (PGC / IFRS, CNMV regulation, Spanish tax filings).
