We are looking for a Senior Engineer SAP HCM Team Lead for Ongoing SupportRequirementsSAP HCM Team Lead for Ongoing SupportHCM Specialization Required with +10 years of ExperienceAt least 1-2 projects with HCM Ongoing supportSAP Certification requiredUniversity Engineering/Business Degree (no lawyers)Payroll Mexico and LatinAmerican( Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, Colombia preferable) Countries Expertise or KnowledgeResponsible for 2nd level tickets supportResponsible for tickets management and follow upResponsible for technical documentation of any changes/tickets/specificationsAnalysis of business requirements, preparation of technical specs, execution of unitary and regression testingStrong knowledge and support on payroll processes to give orientation to business usersStrong knowledge on payroll rules and schemas for analysis and construction of solutionsWork effectively with colleagues and business key usersLeadership SkillsExperience in managing multicultural and multidisciplinary teamsAbility to interact with multiple teams, colleagues and key business usersService Now experience is a plusKeeps contact with ABAP Development teamKnowledge and understanding ABAP, social security and taxes, users exists for solution analysisResponsible for functional/technical HCM TeamResponsible to create reports in Excel, PPT in a weekly basis for managerial levels.Responsible for HCM Team tickets tracking, follo up, update and documentationResponsible for Business ticket detailed tracking matrixResponsible to interact with all levels of organization for incidents resolution.Strong Fluency in EnglishRequirementsPosition : SRExperience: +10 years or more Work: 100% RemoteEnglish Level: AdvancedFull time : Monday - Friday ( office hours )Country :México and Perú ( ONLY)Originally posted on Himalayas
