You will work cross functionally with Sales, Brand, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure strong execution, in stock performance, and long term account growth.This is a highly commercial role requiring strong strategic thinking, financial discipline, and the ability to balance long term planning with day to day execution in a fast growing environment. Travel may be required for customer meetings, line reviews, and industry events.WHAT YOU’LL DOAccount Leadership & Retail GrowthLead the business with key national retail partners including Grocery and Mass partnersDevelop and execute account plans aligned to company priorities and retail growth objectivesIdentify opportunities to expand distribution, improve placement, and increase overall account performancePrepare for line reviews, customer meetings, and new product launches in partnership with internal teamsRetail Strategy & Omnichannel Execution Account Leadership & Retail GrowthManage product placement, promotional calendars, and merchandising across in store and digital channelsNavigate each retailer’s ecosystem to ensure strong execution across physical retail and retailer.com environmentsPartner with Shopper Marketing and Brand to deliver effective retail programs and activationsEnsure all programs align with brand standards, retailer requirements, and commercial goalsPerformance Management & ForecastingOwn account forecasts and monitor performance against planAnalyze sales, distribution, and promotional results to identify risks and opportunitiesPartner with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to maintain strong in stock performanceImplement corrective actions to improve velocity and overall account healthTrade & Financial ManagementManage trade spend and ensure investments align with approved plans and budget targetsMaintain accountability for account level P&L performanceEvaluate promotional effectiveness and return on investmentPartner with Finance on forecasting, planning, and profitability analysisCustomer Relationship Management Build strong relationships with buyers, category managers, merchandising teams, and ecommerce partnersServe as the primary point of contact for assigned national accountsPartner with brokers and agency partners to support account executionMaintain regular communication with customers to ensure alignment and strong performanceCross-Functional PartnershipWork closely with Brand, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance, and OperationsEnsure internal teams are aligned on customer plans, timelines, and prioritiesCommunicate account needs clearly to stakeholdersHelp resolve issues quickly to support smooth executionMarket & Category InsightsMonitor category trends, competitive activity, and retailer performanceUse syndicated data, retailer reporting, and internal analytics to inform decisionsTranslate insights into actionable plans that support growthHelp position AG1 as a leader within the health and wellness categoryWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience managing national retail accounts within CPG. Background in supplements, wellness, or premium CPG preferredStrong track record of launching and driving growth with large retail partners, Grocery and Mass partnersExperience developing account plans, forecasts, and trade strategiesStrong understanding of retail buying processes, merchandising, and promotional planningExperience working across in store and digital retail environmentsStrong financial and analytical skills, i
