Role OverviewThe Regional Performance Manager is an account management position responsible for providing ongoing support to a defined group of Major Accounts throughout a region. Primary responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and ensuring revenue retention of dealer clients.What You Will DoManage store-level client communications and training activities, coordinate with the National Performance Management Team, and ensure effective client utilization of Impel products and services.
