**Compensation:** $28 to $38 per hour part\-time, or $60,000 to $75,000 full\-time, depending on experience

We work only with law firms, which means our clients do not have to explain trust accounting, case costs, client retainers, invoicing, compensation tracking, or the unique financial details that come with running a law practice.

We are growing and looking for a Client Growth Coordinator who can help us reach more law firm owners, build stronger marketing systems, and create more qualified conversations with potential clients.
About the Role
This is a sales and marketing support role for someone who is organized, proactive, creative, and comfortable communicating with business owners.
You will help manage incoming leads, follow up with potential clients, support marketing campaigns, create content, assist with digital marketing, and help build relationships with referral partners.
This is not a high\-pressure sales role. It is a relationship\-building role. Our clients are attorneys who want clear answers, practical help, and a trusted partner. The right person will be able to communicate professionally, follow up consistently, and help us create marketing that sounds helpful, knowledgeable, and human.
Your main goal will be to help Legal Ease Bookkeeping create more qualified conversations with the right law firm owners.
Responsibilities
Lead Response and Sales Support
You will:
* Respond to incoming sales calls, emails, and website inquiries
* Qualify potential clients based on our ideal client profile
* Schedule discovery calls
* Confirm appointments and help reduce no\-shows
* Send follow\-up emails after calls
* Track leads and communication in our CRM or lead tracking system
* Follow up with prospects who are not ready to move forward yet
* Re\-engage older leads who previously showed interest
* Track where leads came from and how they move through the sales process
* Help improve our sales follow\-up process over time
Marketing and Content Creation
You will:
* Help create and manage a monthly content calendar
* Write LinkedIn, Face
