Role OverviewWe're looking for a high-performing Senior AI Sales & Business Development Executive to help execute Iris.ai's global go-to-market strategy. This is a strategic hunter role ideal for someone who thrives in complex enterprise environments — not just closing deals, but co-creating value with clients over time.What You Will DoOwn full sales cycle ownership – From first engagement to long-term success, expansion, and advocacy. Strategic prospecting, relationship building, revenue leadership, go-to-market execution, sales engagement, and sales ops excellence.Why It Might Be a FitProven track record in enterprise SaaS sales: ideally within AI, data platforms, engineering tools, or technical deep-tech products.
