This isn't a hand-holding role — it's one where you'll hit the ground running, take real ownership, and make a visible impact from day one. You'll be working closely with the business owner to support everything from client communication and project management to SEO content and technical website support. What You'll Be Doing Customer Service & Client CommunicationRapidly communicate with clients when website issues arise, keeping them informed every step of the waySend regular project updates and timeline check-ins so clients always know where things standReview requests to determine if they fall within scope — and when they don't, prepare and send updated scopes for client approvalStreamline and manage the ticket support system and internal processesService DeliveryWrite SEO-compliant content and compelling sales copyManage website hosting and provide technical support for clients (PHP, JavaScript, WordPress)Troubleshoot and resolve website issues as they come upManage WordPress updates and ensure sites remain currentEnsure websites meet SEO and ADA compliance standardsUse, strategize, and leverage AI tools to build plugins and continuously improve product qualitySupport project management by building out systems, coordinating with team members, and keeping deliverables and timelines on trackMarketingSupport marketing efforts from strategy and benchmarking through to executionManage and optimize Google Ads campaignsAdminManage email and respond to clients in a timely, professional mannerHandle bookkeeping using QuickBooksSupport tax preparation and ensure ongoing tax complianceWrite Scopes of Work and client contracts What We're Looking ForYou are genuinely self-sufficient — you troubleshoot, problem-solve, and figure things out without needing to be walked through every stepYou have a portfolio that demonstrates your skills in action — claims without proof won't cut it hereYou are comfortable with a "show and tell" interview where you'll walk through your work and demonstrate practical ability before any hire decision is madeYou have hands-on experience with WordPress, SEO, Google Ads, and client-facing communicationYou write clearly and professionally — whether it's a client email, a scope of work, or a sales pageYou are organized, proactive, and take ownership of your responsibilities without being chasedYou bring the skills, the drive, and the portfolio to back it up — we'd love to see what you've got.
