This is a remote position.
**Position Title: Dev Ops Application Engineer II** **Base Salary:** $95,000 to $142,500 annually DOE **Benefits:** Medical, dental, vision, 401k, flexible spending account, paid sick leave and paid time off, parental leave, quarterly performance bonus, training, career growth and education reimbursement programs.

**Job Summary**
The Dev Ops Applications Engineer II supports the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications used across the organization. This role assists in troubleshooting issues, implementing application updates, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably. The Dev Ops Application Engineer II works closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure scalable environments, and continuous improvement across application operations. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed below are a range of duties performed by the employee and not intended to reflect all duties performed. **Infrastructure Automation \& Reliability*** Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using modern DevOps tools and practices.
* Implement and maintain observability solutions, including logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
* Monitor application performance and participate in efforts to optimize stability and efficiency.
* Analyze recurring issues within legacy systems and contribute to long term remediation plans.
**Application Operations \& Incident Management*** Troubleshoot production issues, perform root\-cause analysis, and implement long\-term fixes.
* Provide technical support for application issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
* Participate in on call or after\-hours support as needed for critical application issues or deployments.
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate application outages, ensuring timely communication and restoration of services.
