If our mission and culture resonate with you, we would love to have you on our team! **Position Summary** The Speech\-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) partners closely with a Speech\-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in grades 6–12 in developing communication skills that enable success across academic and social settings. This role delivers direct services, reinforces skill development across environments, and contributes to a collaborative, mentor\-driven learning experience aligned with Williamsburg Learning’s mission. **Essential Duties (Top 5 Roles)** **1\) Direct Student Services** * Provide speech and language services to students in alignment with IEP goals and service minutes * Implement evidence\-based strategies as directed by the supervising SLP * Support students in developing communication skills across academic and social contexts **2\) IEP Support \& Progress Monitoring** * Collect session data and track student progress toward IEP goals * Maintain accurate documentation of services and student performance * Partner with the SLP to contribute to progress reports and goal updates **3\) Collaboration with SLP \& Team** * Work in close partnership with the SLP to ensure alignment of services and strategies * Participate in team meetings, including weekly Level 10 (L10\) meetings, to review priorities and student needs * Communicate effectively with mentors, families, and team members to support student success **4\) Instructional Support \& Resource Development** * Prepare materials and resources for sessions and for use by mentors, teachers, and families * Reinforce communication strategies across classroom and home environments * Support generalization of skills beyond direct service sessions **5\) Observation \& Screening Support** * Observe students in learning environments to provide insight into communication needs * Assist the SLP in identifying students who may benefit from services * Conduct screenings as directed by the SLP and within scope of practice **Non\-Essential Duties** Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of the activities, duties, or responsibilities that are requi
