**About the Role** The Appointment Support Coordinator is responsible for managing appointment requests, confirming schedules, and supporting clients and internal teams through clear, timely communication. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a structured remote environment with multiple moving parts. **Responsibilities** * Manage incoming appointment requests via phone, email, chat, or internal systems * Schedule, confirm, and update appointments in the company calendar * Communicate with clients to gather required information before appointments * Send reminders, confirmations, and follow‑up messages * Assist with rescheduling, cancellations, and last‑minute changes * Coordinate with internal teams to verify availability and documentation * Maintain accurate records of all appointments and client interactions * Monitor communication channels and respond promptly to inquiries * Support general administrative tasks as needed **Required Qualifications** * 1–2 years of experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative support * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities * Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment * Proficiency with scheduling tools, CRM systems, or calendar platforms * Reliable internet connection and computer access **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a remote support role * Familiarity with appointment‑based industries (healthcare, service providers, consulting, etc.) * Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills **Work Environment** * Fully remote position * Flexible scheduling depending on business needs * Supportive and collaborative team culture * Opportunities for growth within administrative and operations roles **Compensation** * Competitive pay based on experience * Part‑time or full‑time options available **Thank You for Applying** Thank you for your interest in the Appointment Support Coordinator position.
