We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager to help drive the future of NVIDIA’s AI developer tools and technology. This is an exceptional opportunity to help shape the developer experience for AI workflows across local and cloud GPUs. You will play a key role in evolving how developers and agents build, run, and manage AI workloads on accelerated infrastructure—all within an encouraging and inclusive environment.What you'll be doing:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-8 engineers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development opportunitiesWork closely with product and engineering partners to define roadmap priorities, clarify requirements, and drive technical executionCollaborate with cross-organization teams to agree on goals, manage dependencies, and deliver developer experiences that are coordinatedImprove engineering efficiency through internal tools, frameworks, automation, and development guidelinesEnsure alignment with security and compliance standards across all products and processesWhat we need to see:BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience, combined with 8+ overall years of hands-on experience building and supporting AI or developer tools.4+ years of engineering leadership or management experience in a technical environmentExperience with Agile software development or other iterative delivery processesStrong software engineering skills and a working knowledge of Go, Python, and JavaScriptStrong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, and multi-functional partnersWays to stand out from the crowd:Deep proficiency in Golang and/or JavaScriptExperience with agentic or AI-assisted software development tools and workflowsExperience with AI inference engines and frameworksTrack record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments with constantly evolving needsStrong documentation habits and demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge managementWidely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
