In this role, you'll generate sales growth through virtual and digital channels while building strong relationships with customers across academic, biotech, pharma, clinical and industrial markets. You'll promote and sell our comprehensive portfolio of scientific products and services, using consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and provide optimal solutions. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage customer relationships through our CRM system, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets. Residency in the USA required within a central or mountain standard timezone. No relocation assistance provided.What You’ll Do:Engage customers and respond to product, quote, and technical inquiriesIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow your territoryBuild relationships with scientists, purchasing, and supply chain teamsDevelop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targetsMaintain accurate customer data and pipeline activity in CRM systemsWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related fieldStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills2+ years of sales experience, preferably within a related industry.Ability to learn technical products and apply consultative selling approachesSolid understanding and proficiency in life sciences and/or the bioprocess industry to be able to serve as a resource for customersCompensation and BenefitsThe hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $25.00–$32.10.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
