**Job Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Management Administrative Assistant to join our team at Freedom Management! Freedom Management is a growing property management company that owns and manages 500\+ apartments and is based out of Worcetser, MA. In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our property management operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and exceptional support for property managers, tenants, and our back end administrative team. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster efficient office workflows, outstanding customer service, and seamless administrative processes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a thriving property management environment. **Duties** * Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Serving as an eviction liaison between internal teams and attorneys * Preparing and maintaining leasing documentation * Issuing monthly rent increases * Coordinating and submitting paperwork for Section 8 and other housing programs * Supporting tenant relations, compliance, and administrative tasks * Maintaining organized digital records and submission logs * Communicating with tenants, attorneys, and housing authorities as needed * Tracking case statuses, deadlines, and follow\-up actions * Developing subject matter expertise in RAFT, eviction timelines, and subsidy programs * Building proficiency in housing compliance documentation and workflow management * Utilizing internal systems for documentation, tracking, and reporting * Additional duties as assigned related to property management operations **Experience** * Prior office experience in property management or real estate is highly preferred * Demonstrated clerical or administrative experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software for bookkeeping tasks * Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse tenant populations * Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), data entry, and basic computer troubleshooting * Experience managing multi\-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette in a professional setting * Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment * Personal assistant or office management experience that showcases organizational prowess and multitasking capabilities Join us in creating a welcoming environment where efficiency meets exceptional service!
