Our cloud platform helps hotels, destinations, attractions, retailers, and enterprise organizations deliver self\-service, interactive experiences across web, mobile, kiosks, digital signage, and AI\-powered assistants. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic, results\-driven **SaaS Account Executive** to help expand our OmniModules software portfolio. **Position Overview** The SaaS Account Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new software opportunities while growing existing customer relationships. This role focuses on selling our subscription\-based software solutions—including AI, analytics, digital engagement, advertising, ticketing, itinerary building, and other cloud applications—to organizations in the Travel, Hospitality, and Retail industries. This is a consultative sales role with shorter sales cycles, recurring revenue opportunities, and significant growth potential. **What You'll Do** * Generate and qualify new business opportunities * Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close * Conduct virtual product demonstrations * Build relationships with decision\-makers and executive leadership * Develop proposals and negotiate contracts * Maintain an accurate sales pipeline within our CRM * Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals * Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to maximize customer growth * Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts * Stay informed on industry trends and competitive solutions **Ideal Experience** * Minimum of **2 years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience** * Experience selling into one or more of the following industries: * Hospitality * Travel \& Tourism * Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) * Attractions \& Entertainment * Retail * Experience selling software subscriptions, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology * Comfortable conducting virtual presentations and product demonstrations * Experience managing opportunities through a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) * Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills * Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience selling AI, digital engagement, marketing technology, or customer experience platforms * Experience working with hotels, resorts, visitor centers, convention \& visitor bureaus, attractions, airports, or retail organizations * Familiarity with consultative or solution\-based sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales **What Success Looks Like** Successful team members will: * Consistently exceed sales goals * Build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities * Develop long\-term customer relationships * Drive recurring SaaS revenue gr
