Business Analyst

The Business Analyst performs a wide range of duties including some or all the following:Translate customer business requirements into technical designs and product configurationsWork closely with customer sales and service organizations to define application metrics, reports,dashboards, data mapping, and other integration requirementsImplement customer requirements using NICE’s software solutionsRequired Skills/Experience:Enterprise applications (e.g. Avaya, Siebel, Genesys, Siebel, SAP);EAI tools (e.g. WebMethods, TIBCO);reporting/business intelligence tools (e.g. Business Objects, Cognos) or database applicationsProject experience – working as part of a teamStrong expertise with Microsoft ExcelExcellent customer facing skillsExcellent organizational skills, ability to set own task lists and time linesAbility and willingness to work under pressure in a highly dynamic environmentAnalytical ability – working with formulas, calculations and dataBachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent)Valuable skills: ·Nice to have technical skills: XML, SQL, HTML, LISP, ETL toolAbout Sutherland: Artificial Intelligence.
