This is a remote position.Business Development/Sales ExecutiveAs a Business Development Executive at SPARK+ Technologies, you will be the driving force behind our high-level client acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Transitioning from the initial marketing outreach, you will take ownership of the professional relationship, guiding prospects through deep-dive demonstrations and consultations. This role is designed for a commanding communicator who can build authority, create market hype, and turn interest into long-term commitment.Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-Stakes Client Engagement:Identify and engage high-value prospects, leading both virtual and in-person meetings to guide them through the final stages of the sales funnel.Customized Product Demonstrations:Design and deliver tailored product demos aligned with client requirements and specific use cases, clearly translating technical capabilities into business value.Relationship & Account Management:Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders through consistent communication, regular follow-ups, and strategic interactions to drive trust and long-term partnerships.Strategic Research & Sales Enablement:Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and client research to create impactful sales documents, presentations, and engagement strategies.Deal Ownership & Closure:Own the end-to-end sales cycle from initial engagement to final negotiation ensuring continuous follow-ups and momentum until deal closure.Post-Demo Engagement & Growth:Manage ongoing client interactions post-demo, ensuring business alignment, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for expansion.Brand Authority & Market Presence:Promote the brand through social media, webinars, and events to generate market interest and strengthen industry positioning.
RequirementsPreferred SkillsOutreach & Persistence:Proven expertise in identifying high-value leads and conducting cold outreach to build professional connections from scratch, coupled with the ability to manage complex follow-up cycles to ensure consistent engagement.Event Leadership:Experience in hosting demos, webinars, or participating in industry meetups and conferences.Digital Savvy:Familiarity with high-level CRM tools and digital engagement strategies.EligibilityA minimum ofone year of professional experiencespecifically withinSaaS, EdTech salesis required.Qualifications / Skills RequiredExceptional Communication:Commanding presence with professional speaking, writing, and presentation skills.Consultative Mindset:Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.Technical Aptitude:Strong capacity to learn and explain technology or tech-driven products.Strategic Thinking:Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and meet professional timelines.
