Build and manage strategic customer relationships across engineering, procurement, operations, and executive teams. Identifymarket trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to support growth strategies. Partner with Engineering, R&D, Product Management, and Supply Chain to deliver customer-focused solutions and new product opportunities. Develop and execute sales plans, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue and profitability targets. Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, pricing, and account strategies through CRM and data-driven analysis.
