Remote Customer Specialist (Inbound Leads | Construction | U.S. Clients)

AG Construction \& Remodeling (Bellevue, WA) is hiring a **Remote Customer Specialist** to handle inbound leads and convert them into scheduled consultations. We work with high\-value residential projects ($100K\+), so every lead matters. This is a **high\-responsibility, fast\-paced role**, not basic support. Responsibilities * Handle inbound leads: * Calls, SMS, WhatsApp, Email * Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, etc * Respond quickly and professionally * Communicate with new leads, existing clients, and subcontractors * Qualify leads and **schedule estimates for sales team** * Follow up on missed calls and inactive leads * Work in CRM (Pipedrive), calendars, and messaging tools Schedule * Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) * Stay responsive until 7:00 PM * Saturday: light availability * Sunday: OFF Full\-time only (not a side job) Compensation * Base \+ performance bonuses * Realistic income: **$2,000 – $4,000\+/month** * No cap — depends on speed, quality, and appointments set Requirements * Fluent English (spoken \+ written) * Experience in customer communication / sales * Comfortable on calls * Strong with CRM, messaging tools, Google Workspace * Fast, organized, and responsive Important * Quiet workspace required * No distractions during work hours * Must respond like an in\-office employee Strong Advantage * Construction / remodeling experience * Understanding of project types (bathroom, kitchen, additions, ADU) Apply Here https://forms.gle/SjwTnANYExNte6BF7 Only selected candidates will be contacted.
